Course description: The course is an introductory course for risk assessment in toxicology for non-toxicologists. The topics to be covered include:

Basic principles in toxicology
Toxicity testing
Risk assessment paradigms (non-cancer effects, cancer)
Risk assessment of chemicals in EU
Risk assessment of other agents and exposures
REACH.

There will be no examination for the course but the student has to particate in the group works.
